Eliminate Waste in Washington
The Federal Government has spent $6.8 trillion in 2021. The Federal Debt is up to $28.4 trillion! This debt is unsustainable and the spending is saturated with wasteful programs. This has to be turned in the other direction immediately. Have you heard the cliché phrase: “Work smarter, not harder”? How about we use the following phrase for the Federal Government: “Spend smarter, not spend more”.
I have been making improvements in Corporate America as an engineer for 30 years. This was accomplished using a philosophy called LEAN Thinking. It is a way of identifying and eliminating waste in the process. The result of eliminating waste in the process is creating more value for the customer.
Through strong leadership, excellent teamwork, and thorough knowledge, I have had success saving millions of dollars for Corporate America. When I change my focus and lean skills towards Washington, billions of wasteful dollars can be saved, and the remainder spent on real, value-added programs for the American Citizen.
In addition to saving waste, we need a REAL debt limit that Congress will be committed to. If money is needed, it has to come from waste savings, not additional debt or more taxes.
